About Yogi Chetan
Spirituality has been the foundation of my life since childhood. Born into a deeply spiritual family, I was introduced to mantras, kirtan, and yogic wisdom at a very young age. My father, a prolific spiritual writer, authored over 170 books on philosophy, self-realization, and higher consciousness. His dedication to spiritual growth brought revered saints and masters into our home, including Swami Ram Sukhdas Ji, whose teachings deeply influenced my early years.
From the age of eight, I was immersed in yogic practices, learning asanas, harmonium, and mantra chanting directly from spiritual masters. Every year, I spent months in Rishikesh, attending daily discourses, absorbing profound wisdom, and documenting my learnings in personal journals. Despite attending a modern English school and later stepping into the corporate world, I always felt an inner void—one that only deep spiritual practice could fill.
After nearly a decade in the corporate sector as a factory and project manager, I realized my true calling lay elsewhere. This realization reignited my passion for Kundalini Yoga, leading me to extensive research and dedicated practice. My focus has been on understanding how Kundalini energy can be consciously awakened in a practical, accessible, and transformative way—not just for ascetics but for people in everyday life.
Today, as a Kundalini Yoga teacher with over 8 years of teaching experience, I blend ancient wisdom with a modern approach, helping individuals unlock their inner potential through breathwork, mantra, meditation, and yogic techniques. My mission is to demystify Kundalini energy and provide practical methods for spiritual awakening, enabling profound personal and energetic transformation.
I continue my lifelong research and practice, committed to sharing the power of Kundalini Yoga with those seeking a deeper connection to their true selves. Kundalini awakening is not reserved for saints alone—it is a path available to everyone, bringing lasting change to all aspects of life.
Maitreya's Vision

What is Kundalini?
This Kundalini is itself the Maha Shakti. It has two mouths. It is like a flash of lightning, which appears like half AUM. In the inner of this Kundalini in Mooladhar, Chitta Shakti resides. Kundalini shakti is the creator of all three Satvah, Rajah and tamah. This Kundalini itself with three different identities Icha ( Desire ), Kriya and Gyan ( knowledge) travels in all the Chakras inside the physical body. This shakti is only life force. To bring this Shakti under oneself control is the main purpose of a Yogi.

This Kundalini is itself the Supreme power. But by holding the Brahmadwar ( the door which beholds this energy ) it sleeps fearless. Because of this sleeping power human is merely engaged just with the pleasure of the karmas of sadness and happiness. A Yogi can not turn into a Siddha Yogi. Siddha means ” who has achieved perfection “. Until Mooladhar situated Kundalini is awakened. Kundalini Shakti can be awakened with dedication and continuous practices. Now it becomes very important to know and understand about all the Nine Chakras out of which Six Chakras are major and Shodhadhar, Trilakshya and five kinds of Vyom. Otherwise, there will be no meaning in practising Kundalini.
