Without this knowledge, the practice may lack depth and true insight. Kundalini Tantra is a serious subject involving the learning of how to manage and manipulate energies.

Therefore, I am now recommending a two hours  workshop to provide a comprehensive understanding of the subject and its practice. This approach ensures that participants gain a holistic view of Kundalini Yoga, understanding its origins, techniques, and ultimate purpose.
