8:30 Cleansing techniques
9 am to 11 am Hatha yoga Asanas and alignment class.
11:15 to 11:45 Kundalini tantra meditation.
11:45 to 12:45 lunch break
1 pm to 3 pm Kundalini yoga philosophy.
3:15 to 4 pm Kundalini tantra Sadhana.
4:30 to 5:15 or 5:15 Pranayama Sadhana and Mantra chanting.
